Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure that increases breast size and shape using an implant. Patients may pursue breast lift for a variety of reasons. Over time, as breast tissue and skin lose elasticity, a woman’s breasts may lose perkiness and begin to sag. Breast changes can be caused by pregnancy, nursing, fluctuations in weight and genetics. All of this can result in breasts that look flat, shapeless, and/or droopy. What’s Right for You?
What is right for you depends on your individual wants and needs. Breast augmentation can give you larger breasts but cannot improve breast position. A breast lift can improve breast position but does not increase breast size.
